Qatar Lens Studio provides professional photography services including portrait sessions, event coverage, digital photo editing, and photo printing. All services are provided in accordance with the highest industry standards.

2. Appointment and Booking
All sessions and services must be booked in advance. Confirmation of bookings is subject to availability. Qatar Lens Studio reserves the right to reschedule appointments in case of unforeseen circumstances, with notification provided as promptly as possible.

3. Payment
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. Payment methods and terms will be communicated during the booking process. Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed price.

4. Intellectual Property
All photographs, digital content, and other creative works produced by Qatar Lens Studio are the intellectual property of Qatar Lens Studio. Clients are granted a license for personal use of the delivered materials and may not reproduce, distribute, or use the images for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information related to their bookings and requests. Qatar Lens Studio is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information provided by clients.

6. Liability
Qatar Lens Studio will take all reasonable care in the provision of its services. However, we are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of our services, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Delivery and Turnaround Time
Delivery times for digital edits, prints, and other services will be communicated at the time of booking. While Qatar Lens Studio strives to meet these times, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Refunds, if applicable, will be handled on a case-by-case basis according to company policy.

9. Privacy and Data Protection
Qatar Lens Studio respects the privacy of its clients. Any personal data collected during the provision of services is handled confidentially and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Doha, Qatar.

11. Amendments
